Opera Mini is already available on App Store!

Finally, Apple approved the Opera Mini 5 for the iPhone on April 12 at 20:56:00 UTC. It took Apple 20 days 8 hours and 31 minutes to review the browser. Normally, the review process takes up to one week.

The principal feature of the Opera Mini 5 is its server-side compress, which downloads and compresses a web page by 90% before sending it to the client. According to Opera, there is a 5-1 ratio of page load speed over safari. 2G users are going to really love this App!

Why did Apple approve Opera? It does not violate any SDK rules. The Opera Mini Web Browser is already available on the European App Store and will be released in the USA later today.

Linkin Park is going to release an iPhone App game called "Linkin Park 8-Bit Rebellion”. This App also contains a new single called "Blackbirds”. Besides, it includes classic hits like “In the End”, “New Divide”, “One Step Closer and Crawling”

Linkin Park worked on the game App along with Artificial Life, a leading mobile software developer, for more than a year. Mike Shinoda, vocalist of the band, said:"They were able to turn my sketches and our creative ideas into a living, breathing world that we think gamers will thoroughly enjoy."

Capcom has just released Street Fighter 4 for iPhone. Nobody will be disappointed by this iPhone version that has eight classic characters: Ryu, Ken, Guile, Dhalsim, Chun-Li, Blanka, M. Bison, and Abel. Besides, more characters could be unlockable or purchasable as downloadable content (DLC).

This iPhone version of SF offers not only a Tournament mode with a series of fights but also a Dojo mode that is a sort of a “Street Fighter boot camp». Moreover, it is possible to play head-to-head against friends via Bluetooth. In brief, it’s worth every penny of its 9.99 USD (or 7.99 Euros) price.

How does Viper SmartStart App work? First, you must have a Viper remote system installed on your car, and then you can download the free iPhone app. After you have configured your car, you could start it, turn on the heat and lock or unlock it.

Pour les fans de musique doublés de fans de l'iphone, je vous conseille très vivement l'application SimplifyMusic. Cette application une fois installée sur votre ordinateur (mac ou PC) et téléchargée sur votre Iphone vous permettra de disposer de toute la musique de votre itunes directement sur l'iphone et ce partout en France.

je trouve cela vraiment énorme. L'application coûte 5€ et il suffit de créer un compte pour pouvoir en profiter.

N'hésitez donc pas à l'utiliser : elle fonctionne en Wifi, en 3G et en EDGE (bien que je doute un peu de la puissance du EDGE pour une telle solution...)
